What you type into our family waitlist and caregiver application forms, and any files you choose to upload (such as a resume). We do not ask for health information, Social Security numbers, ID documents or bank details through this website.

How we use it

To contact you about care services or employment, and to run our business. We do not sell your information.

Where it is stored

In a private Google Drive and Google Sheet owned by Unity Caregiving Services, accessible only to authorized Unity staff. Email notices go to Unity's business inbox.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your information, contact us through the form on this site and mention your request. We will respond promptly.
